Balancing our food intake is so important. Balance ensures we are getting enough of each of the macronutrients (protein, fat, and carbs), helps promote satiety, helps decrease overindulgence, and helps make sure we’re getting all the micronutrients and vitamins we need. Achieving a well-balanced diet is also key to optimal health and successful weight management.
