I take magnesium- when I remember. It seems to help with the sleep, but not until I’ve taken it for a few days in a row.

Thanks for your comment! I suppose this makes sense, that it has to accumulate a bit to have an effect? Though, as stated, I'm not a doctor ;) Glad it's helpful for you though!
