You’ve got me thinking about my leaks. A big one is waking up in the middle of the night and not going back to sleep easily. I’ve switched to meditation (Non Sleep Deep Rest) but nothing else has helped. And yes I’ve done all the things all of us coaches talk about! Including magnesium.
The only other leak I can think of is bacon. Yeah, I’ll admit it. I’ve switched from too much chocolate to extra bacon. Something to work on.
Interesting about the sleep predicament... I imagine you're exerting enough energy over the course of the day to "require" sleep needs? Something to think about if not.
And I, too, enjoy some bacon! I really do believe in everything in moderation though! Thanks for sharing!

I do yoga and kettlebells most days and get 10000 to 15000 steps either walking or running so I’m sure I’m active enough lol.
